He moved to Amelia Island, FL in 2013 and has been covering this area since 2010 as a consultant with several of the largest residential and recreational property development companies in the Industry.Ryan Auge has represented an impressive collection of Coastal, Waterfront and Marina Communities from the Texas Gulf Coast to Florida to the Mid-Atlantic Region. His current project is Oyster Bay Harbour, a Luxury Residential Development located in Fernandina Beach, FL. Oyster Bay is the only residential address in beautiful Nassau County which offers residents equity membership in a Full-Service Yacht Club with 76 Boat Slips in a Modern Marina and a long list of additional amenities. Home prices in the community range from the mid-$400s to $4MM. Ryan is currently managing the sales and marketing operations of all developer lot sales and new custom home construction. Buyer representation services are also offered within the communities of Lanceford Creek Plantation and Oyster Bay Harbour through the Oyster Bay Realty on-site office.Throughout his career, Ryan has specialized in Residential Waterfront Developer Marketing, Recreational Land Acquisitions, New Construction and Custom Home Sales.
